Abstract

Photograph of Slauson Avenue storm drain construction, showing a section of precast concrete pipe being lowered, March 6, 1936. The section of pipe is 102 inches in diameter and hangs from a crane that stands to the left. Men watch as it is lowered into the wooden frame at center.
