CONCERNED ARTISTS 2936 W 8th St., L.A. 90005'. The illustration on the billboard is a cornucopia with ballistic missiles pouring out. This is a cloth banner approx 12'x24'. The sign painters or sign hangers have just mounted the banner over the existing sign. The window in the lower left of the photo seems to have a Christmas wreath displayed. This billboard is known to display activist statements". Men stand below the sign next to ladders which lead to its top. A large brick building with doors along the balcony behind the billboard on the right. The top of a building labeled "Chiropractic Orthopedics" can be seen in the lower right corner with plants in a box next to it on the left
