The courthouse is at center and is a massive dark Gothic building. There is a tall rectangular clock tower in the middle of the symmetrical building, and smaller cylindrical towers jut out of the roof on the sides. A large archway serves as the main entrance. The ground in front of the courthouse is occupied by an oval driveway surrounding a tall statue. The hall of records is at right and is even taller than the courthouse. It is very light and is built in the Victorian style. A large pole is sticking out of the roof in the middle of the building. The streets below the government buildings are lined with early-model automobiles, and a streetcar is visible at right
