The purpose of this study was to examine the feasibility of introducing computer graphics (CG) at each of three levels of landscape assessment, and the issues arising from its introduction. This was based on the idea that it is important to carry out landscape assessments as an analysis of a series of three levels-the regional level, to analyze the spatial structure of the region; the district level, to analyze the elevation, and spot level, to analyze the design of the site. The results showed that application of CG was extremely effective on all three levels.
