POSSIBILITIES OF HEMP USE IN EXPERIMENTAL BREWERIES

Skladno s trendi vse večjega povpraševanja po pivu v ZDA, EU in Sloveniji v tretjem tisočletju smo v diplomski nalogi predstavili nove podjetniške priložnosti v pivovarstvu. Poleg klasičnih surovin, kot so voda, slad, hmelj in kvas, smo predstavili tudi potenciale pridelave in možnosti uporabe konoplje kot ene od alternativnih surovin za pridobivanje piva. Naloga vključuje predstavitev osnovne pivovarske tehnologije, namenjene začetnikom, ter prikaz kalkulacije variabilnih stroškov proizvodnje za različne inpute materiala in cen. Predstavlja prispevek k spodbujanju podjetniških pobud na področju kmetijstva in agroživilstva.In line with the trend of growing demand for beer in the USA, the EU and Slovenia in the third millennium, the thesis presented new business opportunities in the brewing industry. In addition to traditional materials, such as water, malt, hops and yeast, we also presented the potential production and the possibility of using hemp as one of the alternative raw materials for the production of beer. This thesis includes the presentation of the basic brewing technology, intended for beginners, as well as the demonstration of calculations of the variable costs of production for the various inputs of material and prices. It represents a contribution to the promotion of entrepreneurial initiatives in the field of agriculture and agro-food processing
