ASTOR PIAZZOLA AND ARGENTINE TANGO FOR THE FLUTE SOLO AS WELL AS THE FLUTE AND AN ACCOMPANYING INSTUMENT

Astor Piazzolla je v svojem življenju napisal mnogo del za veliko različnih zasedb. Nekaj del je napisal tudi za flavto, katerim smo v pričujočem magistrskem delu namenili nekaj več pozornosti. Raziskava teme je temeljila na opisovanju in raziskovanju predvsem zgodovinskih dejstev. V kronološkem zaporedju smo opisali njegov življenjepis ter poudarili nekatere najpomembnejše ljudi v njegovem življenju, kot so Carlos Gardel, Nadia Boulanger, Odette Maria Wolf in Anibal Troilo. Omenili smo glasbene zasedbe, v katerih je deloval in jim namenil tudi del svojega opusa. Vključili smo analizo nekaterih njegovih del in s tem podrobno raziskali njegov slog skladanja. Splošen razvoj argentinskega tanga je zelo pomemben za razumevanje njegovih značilnosti, zato smo poudarili njegov nastanek v bordelih in poznejši prehod v koncertne dvorane. Poudarili smo pomen Carlosa Gardela in Astorja Piazzolle pri razvoju tanga.In his lifetime, Astor Piazzolla wrote many works for various musical ensembles. Some works were also written for the flute and those were the ones we mainly focused on in this theses. The research was primarily based on describing and researching of historical fact. In the chronological order, we described his life as well as put an emphasis on some of the most important people in his life, such as Carlos Gardel, Nadia Boulanger, Odette Maria Wolf, and Anibal Troilo. We have mentioned musical ensembles in which he operated and also dedicated part of his opus to. We have included the analysis of some of his works and thus studied his composing style more thoroughly. The general development of the Argentine Tango is highly important if we want to understand its characteristics, therefore we pointed out that it was created in brothels and later on migrated to concert halls. We emphasized the importance of Carlos Gardel and Astor Piazzolla in the development of the Tango
