V letu 2010 sem v tovarni močnih krmil spremljala proizvodnjo močnih krmil, s poudarkom na proizvodnji varne krme s sistemom HACCP. Cilj je bil spoznati uporabo sistema HACCP v proizvodnji, način določanja kritičnih kontrolnih točk in kontrolnih točk, ter ukrepov nosilca dejavnosti v primerih prekoračitve dovoljenih parametrov kakovosti in varnosti. Dopolnili smo načrt HACCP z našim predlogom za izboljšanje, tako da smo predlagali dve novi kontrolni točki, in sicer mletje in mešanje.
