DETERMINATION OF CRITICAL POINTS ON DRUM CARRIER OF A WASHING MACHINE WITH COMPUTATIONAL SIMULATIONS

V diplomskem delu je predstavljen numerični preračun nosilca bobna pralnega stroja in računalniška simulacija takšnega nosilca s predvidenimi obremenitvami po metodi končnih elementov (MKE). Cilj diplomskega dela je bilo iskanje kritičnih mest na nosilcu bobna pralnega stroja zaradi predvidenih obremenitev, ki jih povzroča centrifugalna sila, kot posledica neenakomerno razporejenega perila v bobnu. Rezultati numerične analize so pokazali vrednosti napetosti in lokacijo najbolj kritičnih območji, ki so se s sprotnim spreminjanjem modela zmanjševale do in pod napetosti, ki jih material lahko varno prenaša. Na koncu so bile predlagane rešitve s katerimi lahko izboljšamo konstrukcijo nosilea bobna pralnega stroja.In diploma work is presented numerical calculation of beam for the drum washing machine and computer simulation of such beam with forecasted loads with finite element method (FME). The aim of diploma work was searching of critical points of beam for drum washing machine because forecasted weight which is cause by centrifugal force as consequence of asymmetrical disposition of linen. The results of numerical analysis showed values of tension and the location of the most critical areas. Model was synchronic modified until those critical areas and values were not under tensions, which material can safely carry over. At the end were proposed solutions which could improve the structure of beam for the drum washing machine
