A Business Model Analysis of Religion and Leisure Park

With the popular of leisure, social changes, leisure industry has become an important indicator of national economic development. In Taiwan, the value of religious and cultural is in daily, there are many activities and leisure-related. The case study, K Park, is a combination of sightseeing and religious themes. And it is a popular idol drama shooting location. Therefore, it attracts many young people to go. This study indicates to analysis its business model. K religion & leisure park area of 30 hectares, Taiwan's five major religions (Buddhism, Taoism, I-Kuan Tao, Christianity, Catholicism), housed in three buildings within the park. The park is merges religion, art, tourism, leisure and other functions in one of the park. It makes a successful transformation of the traditional funeral industry. Finally, the study recommends that it can have quality of service /satisfaction surveys to enhance quality of the park in the future.
