[[abstract]]In this study, I investigate the impacts of Facebook usage upon the interpersonal relationship, expressing emotion, showing self, enhancing knowledge, and academic achievement of undergraduate students in Taichung City.The study was conducted through the questionnaire-survey method. The collected data underwent descriptive statistics, chi-squared test, paired-samples T-test via the SPSS. I have the following conclusions: The motivation of Facebook usage according to expressing emotion and showing self are different significantly among students of different genders and grades.
