[[abstract]]This study investigates the relationship among perceived organizational support, organizational commitment and service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior (loyalty, service delivery and participation) of elementary school teacher in the area of Taichung. The mediator effect of organizational commitment between perceived organizational support and service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior is also examined.
