[[abstract]]This study aims to understand the current status of C high school administration service quality and job satisfaction of teachers, and teachers to compare different background variables under school administration service quality and job satisfaction of teachers perceived differences in the situation and to explore relationships between the school administration service quality and teachers, job satisfaction. In this study, we choose qualified formal teachers from C high school and issued a total of 113 pieces and recovered 111 pieces.
