[[abstract]]Background:Aging would accompany with dysfunction of body, chronic illness and loss of energy. However, the dramatic changing when the aged persons meet, such as the role in the family or in the society, it also could induce the social-society problems, like heart-lung disease or other depressive disorder, etc. Therefore, our study is aimed to analyze the data in the elderly library which discussed the relationship between the regular exercise behavior and depressive disorder , emotional stress and life quality satisfaction in the elderly group.
