[[abstract]]The purpose of this research aimed at discussing the elders' current state of regular exercise, their knowledge of exercise, behavior change, and self-efficacy after intervening regular exercise. This research applied the Experimental Method, and the target were elders in Taichung Community . Thirty elders were in experiment group and the other thirty were in the control group, both of which accepted pre- and post-tests. Only experiment group implemented in 4-week regular exercise program; while the control group received none. The collected data analyze with SPSS to carry out analytical statistic .
