[[abstract]]Purpose :The more the aging of population increase, the more the demand of long-term care and health care worker elevate dramatically. Therefore, the research is going to investigate into the relevance between job burnout, family pressure and retain intention of nursing assistants. Surveys: To do the research, I used cross-section survey and Purposive Sampling. I sent out 385 questionnaires to nursing assistants who live in the south of Taiwan, and there are 350 effective questionnaires.
