[[abstract]]Abstract Spinal cord injury will not only cause severe physiological function and many other complications, will also ensure that families must bear the burden of care and economic pressures. We invite 10 people, one of these people who got the most serious injury of cervical spinal cord injury, to participate in the studies. We interviewed them with the method of semi-structured in-depth to collect data to analyze how participants face themselves, their family, the pressure from the social environment from the incident and the process of rehabilitation.
