[[abstract]]Recently, people feel various stress in their daily life. When faced with these stress, people often use some kind of coping strategy that not only ineffective but also prove negtive and harmful result. There have some kind of useful therapy in professional area, especially biofeedback training. however, according to all kind of study, whether biofeedback training can reduce anxiety or not, still not consistently result.
