[[abstract]]According to the perspective of leadership theory and positive psychology, this study examined the influence of supervisor’s authentic leadership and group positive affective tone towards employee’s engagement and problem-solving attitude. Questionnaire surveys were conducted to verify the hypothesis. The pilot survey was conducted among the employees in the insurance industry in Pingtung, while then the actual questionnaire was conducted among the employees in the insurance industry in Taichung area. The participants were grouped with supervisor and employees (A set of group questionnaire contains into one supervisor questionnaire and 3 employee questionnaire).
