[[abstract]]The output value of service industry in Taiwan increases to 73.16% of Taiwan's gross product (GDP), and the working population of service industry accounted is 65% of total employment. The retailing and the food service and lodging industries are the largest of which the food servies accounts for the the large proportion. However, since service industry has spreaded fast, industry environment has become even more severe. With the rise of consumer awareness, the consumers demands are increased. FAFH (food away from home) styles have diversified in recent years, and consumers have focused on “value” more than “price” gradually.
