Research on Breast Feeding and Growth Behavior

[[abstract]]Breast milk is the ideal, preferred foods, which provides the most comprehensive and balanced nutrition for the baby to promote infant growth and development and reduce the incidence of disease, breastfeeding benefits is unquestionable. But in recent years, with the accelerated rhythm of modern social life, work stress, breast milk substitutes as well as cognitive lack of dependency on breastfeeding, breastfeeding situation is not optimistic. The research and analysis is on growth and development of infant feeding exclusive breastfeeding and to better understand the relationship between infant feeding conditions, analysis of factors affecting the feeding patterns, understanding growth and development of infant feeding exclusive breastfeeding for influence, put forward the corresponding countermeasures for follow-up education and provide a basis for health promotion programs of infant feeding. Positive significance for better promotion of breastfeeding, for follow-up research also is of some value. Therefore, this research aimed at analysis my breast baby feeding way of status, including baby of 0.5-18 months of feeding; and feeding way of effects factors, including population sociology factors, and bio medical factors, and lifestyle factors, and mother accept feeding information situation, and feeding concept and acts factors five a aspects, especially discussion baby feeding breast acts and growth development of relationship. This study selects a large hospital babies in 2010-2012 in Taiwan of excluded preterm births, twins, light weight, certain congenital diseases and genetic metabolic disease, chronic wasting disease, acute infectious diseases, which affect infant growth, excluding 2 inconsistent follow-up feeding babies, which is expected to make samples of a total of 80 cases, including 40 male and 40 female. Feeding evaluation method of this study has found that the breastfeeding is better than the other types of feeding. Also, this items research integrated consider feeding concept and acts, and lifestyle factors. This research finds that these bachelors has great influence on the breastfeeding
