The Key Role Semantic Computing Plays In The Process Of Creative Design

[[abstract]]In today's society, the creative and cultural industries have more and more popular demands. Creative design is no longer an exclusive corporate service provided by the design house; it has already been closely coupled with people’s daily life everyone, everything, anywhere, and everywhere. There is no limit to the freedom of creative design spirit. The process of creative design; however, remains pretty much the same in will inevitably encounter many problems, challenges, and a number of bottlenecks, which may turn excellent creative design ideas into premature products. This paper will describe a creative design support system, serving as a connection between the user and the creative design need; it plays a communication role and bridges the gap between the two. The goal is to empower the end user to complete a creative design all by himself/herself, through the guidance of this creative design support system. The invention of Creative Pyramid method and the integration of Semantic Computing technology are also presented here. This system is meant to be used by experienced creative designers and beginners as well. Although in its early stage, and as a prototype to prove the concept, the creative design support system has demonstrated proven results based on creative design needs from the real world, which will be illustrated in this thesis. The breakthrough of the unique combination of creative design innovation and the application of artificial intelligence are also detailed in these real examples. One of our major future works is to continue promoting this concept, reaching more heavy users and applying to broader fields
