Exploring Key Factors of Corporate SustainableManagement

[[abstract]]Since the era of rapid changes, the purpose of sustainable operational enable enterprises to long-term running, continues stable growth and got more profit. The business operation was base on diversified and high uncertainty of environment. Therefore, in order to achieve the enterprise sustainable operational objectives, the business model of the past have been unable to adapt to the changeable environment. In order to enter a new market, many companies are actively involved in R&D of new products, and the entrepreneurship is one of the prerequisites should be done. This study combines the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and decision-making laboratory analysis (DEMATEL), exploring the key factors of sustainable business aim on business models, entrepreneurship and innovative types. The main sample of this study was the company’s high level managers. The way of investigation adopt an interview method as much as possible, in order to enable the participants to understand the content of all the assessment criteria so that the results can really reflect the actual situation of industry. The total issued of questionnaire paid out 130 copies, 98 copies were returned and 90 copies were valid questionnaires. The industries include the jewelry stores, bakery, the insurance, mechanical, water and electricity construction and other industries.The overall results found the most weight value of AHP was the “Business Model”, DEMATEL as “Entrepreneurship” is the most in need of improvement-oriented enterprise. “Business Model” is the most important key factors of sustainable operational, However, if improving the “Entrepreneurship”, it enhance the operation performance of the “Business Model”; jewelry stores and the insurance industries were the highest in weight values of innovative types. “Entrepreneurship” was the most worthy of improvement-oriented; the bakery and machinery industries were the highest in weight values of “Business Model”. “Entrepreneurship” was the most worthy for focus on adjustment-oriented; the water and electricity construction industry was also the most worthy of improvement-oriented and the highest in weight values of “Business Model”. The result shows the “Business Model” was the key factor which affect the sustainable operational of enterprise. The “Entrepreneurship” was the potential factor which can enhance it. Therefore, this study recommended that owner should construct a “Business Model” to fit the needs and through improve the entrepreneurship enhance to the innovative energy of the enterprise
