[[abstract]]With consumers of Uni-President chain stores as subjects, the present study investigates the differences and relationship among corporate social responsibility, service quality, corporate image and purchase intentions, and with corporate image as an intervening variable, analyzes the influences of corporate social responsibility and service quality on purchase intentions to provide advices for chain stores’ business strategies. This study has conducted a questionnaire survey using the consumers in the northern, central and southern areas of Taiwan as subjects.
