[[abstract]]This paper is divided into two parts. The first part analyzes the light type of LED, and the second part is to analyze the fluorescent powder of white light LED. The light-type analysis uses the illumination analysis simulation software (TracePro) to analyze the first and secondary optics of LED. The illumination software evaluates the light intensity distribution by changing the parameters of first optics of LED. These parameters include the reflector cup changes which are the cup depth analysis, the radius of the underside of the reflector cup, the reflectivity of the inner surface of the reflector cup, and the sealing resin filling analysis.
