Study The Correlation Of Work Pressure And The Health Of Physical And Mental In Public Kindergarten Teacher.

[[abstract]]AbstractThis study was designed to understand the job stress and physical and mental health in public kindergarten teacher at Pingtung.In this study, 121 public kindergarten teachers were accepted several questionnaires including work stress scale, physical and mental health scales and personal information. all questionnaires were returned after test. The valid questionnaires ratio was 100%. All experimental results were represented by using SPSS17.0. The data were executed analysis by single factor analysis of variance, Pearson correlation or stepwise multiple regression analysis.Our results indicated that1). The level of overall work stress pressure was middle. Furthermore, in these factors, the workload was higher than administrative support , professional knowledge and social relationship 2). The physical and mental health in public kindergarten teacher were divided into anxiety reaction, interpersonal, life adjustment and body uncomfortable. In these physical and mental health factors, the body uncomfortable was bad and the life adjustment is good than other factors. These results indicated that the physical and mental health is fairly common in public kindergarten teacher .ii3). Our results shown that the different age, educational background or marital status were no significant differences in job stress.4). Our results also evidenced that the public kindergarten teachers with different age and educational background were no significant differences in the physical and mental health 5). The kindergarten teacher working pressure was correlated with health of physical and mental.6).
