[[abstract]]The purpose of this study was to discuss manager’s leadership style to employee’s working satisfaction after merging with other banks. To achieve the above purpose, this study took bank’s employees as sample and used random sampling method to select 250 employees. There was a total 221 returned questionnaires with 211 valid ones, and the valid returned rate was 84.40%. We then adopted descriptive statistical analysis, exploratory factor analysis, item analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and regression analysis for statistical analysis.
