[[abstract]]An online collaborative process of a cross-cultural communication project between Taiwan and the U.S. indicated that the U.S. participants enjoyed interacting with their group members more, and felt more comfortable communicating online. The study implies a provision of a more structured group participative guideline and team-building activities at the onset of the collaboration
