[[abstract]]The purpose of this study is to explore the correlation between elementary school teachers and satisfaction with administrative measures. The primary research tool is the questionnaire “Using Gray Correlation to Evaluate the Correlation between Elementary School Teachers and Satisfaction with Administrative Measures” written by the researcher after referring to questionnaires by domestic and foreign scholars. After formal completion of the questionnaire, the researcher uses 239 elementary school teachers at a school in Taichung County, and uses gray correlation theory to analyze the priority sequence of factors that influence teacher satisfaction to administrative measures.
