[[abstract]]In recent years the rapid development of information technology and the population of internet enable the office administration computerization which becomes inevitably the trend. The traditional administration office work must depend on tedious and time-taking work; therefore it needs the massive manpower to complete. The administration computerization may not only largely promote efficiency of the administrative work, but also be able to economize the cost of the human resource. Therefore the current common private enterprise and the public institution also all vigorously push the administration computerization. Various universities and colleges in the competitive higher education market, the complex enrolling, the limited funds resource and the insufficient administrative manpower all together will make use of school administration computerization to promote the working efficiency and the service quality; it may save the human resource cost and promote competitive ability of the school. Therefore school administration computerization has become one of important policies which various universities and colleges have carried out in recent years. The present paper research: university registration administration computerization of some university as the example; making use of the structure and the object-oriented system analysis and system design from the work demand analysis; the system analysis (contains system function construction, system program model, logical database overhead construction); the system design (contains entity database tables design, system user interface design) to establish the registration administration system prototyping of some university. The goal will help the student check the registration, and the school register management can induct the consummation of the computing work from the artificial work. It enables the educational administration administrative personnel precisely to have the status of student, provides prompt and correct student population statistics report form for the decision-making of school high level managers, and processes by use of the correlation work for various administrations and the academic unit
