An Interactivt Script Based Sofeware Agent Mechanism

[[abstract]]With the mature of the Internet, distributed environment has become an important system environment. Software Agent technology moves to new application area about Mobile Agent and Multi-Agent appears. In this way, the development is not only more multi-functional and more hi-tech but also make far more information application technology. Although lots of Software Agent technology has been applied in Internet commercial transaction currently, most of the technology focus only on the stage of collecting, filtering and conducting information. Furthermore, current agent behavior pattern also prefers conventional performance to flexible performance. As a result, we propose an “Interactive Script Based Software Agent Mechanism” for the software agent , under the internet marketing environment, to be the foundation of the completion of coordination , communication and behavior control. In this article, we propose an Internet Mobile Marketing Agent Model (IMMAM), IMMAM as a base model of this article. The main goal of IMMAM is to offer an enterprise an internet environment to conform to the software agent. And, by means of the features and flexibility of software agents, the drawbacks of current Internet marketing schemes, like lacking of adaptability and interactive operation, could be coped with. Agent technology could be used to assist an enterprise to carry out the Internet marketing task with more complicated scenarios. Consequently, this article is going to design and work out a description language for agent’s behavior. A script will conduct a software agent to perform the pre-designed marketing activities, like product demonstration, to persuade a customer to make an order. There script will also assist the software agent to set up the control behavior and communication method. This kind of descript language could also be called an interactive script, which describes the software agent’s promotion behaviors according to the spot. The content of an interactive script contains the software agent’s performance in “person”, “event”, “time”, ”place”, “things” and “feedback respectively”, which could assist interaction between agents and users. In this article, we will carry out an experimental script-making system to support the establishment and management of interactive scripts, for showing the feasibility and development of our proposed idea
