The Study on Sports injury of Scenario Analysis and Safety anagement in The Health Club Members

[[abstract]]The process of sport, the correct sport method no doubt may obtain the positive benefit, but not improper sport method, also will take to the people the negative influence, for example sports injury occurrence. Sports injury was the most important problem that people who love sports Deeply faced with. The study expectation penetrates Heinrich's Domino Theory and the Drury & Brill' scenario analysis to investigate the injury pattern and safety management of the health club members. Unfortunately, there were much studies related to the professional players, few studies related to the health club members in Taiwan. However, how to utilize scenario analysis and safety management to alleviate sports injury was what this student wanted to achieve in this study. Research approaches adopted in this study was questionnaire investigation, the subjects were chosen from health club in Central Taiwan. The valid of questionnaires has 291 copies. These results showed that percentage of sport injury is 37.5% in the health club. In members, Strain(52.7%) and Sprain(32.3%)were the most common. It affects sport training critically. Therefore it?s a good examination for accredited coach and members to use in training and preventing sport injury. According to dominoes theory of Heinrich (1980), this study will against the sport injury the method and the step divides into three stages, if will be able thoroughly to implement this three. Finally, suggestions to enhance the safety management of the health club were proposed and discussed. This study suggested that the best disease emergency plan is PRICE(Protection Rest Ice Compression Elevation) and seeking medical treatment
