[[abstract]]Organizational citizenship behavior can promote organization?s competitiveness effectively. This study regarded the teachers from the elementary schools in the five counties and cities of Yunlin, Chiayi, Nantou as the population. Questionnaire investigation was adopted, where 1500 copies of questionnaires have been distributed and 664 copies have been retrieved, deducting the 18 copies of invalid questionnaires, which were either incompletely filled up or the answers for the entire questionnaire were consistent; thus, there were 646 copies of actual valid questionnaires.
