[[abstract]]The purpose of this study is to understand the satisfaction level, the learning and application effects of education training that staffs receive, and to discuss the correlation among them and the forecast factors for training effects. This study was conducted by a cross-sectional correlation research design. A total of 983 effective samples were obtained out of the entire research subjects of employees in a medical center in Central Taiwan through purposive sampling method and structured questionnaire survey.
