The analysis of Taiwan?s life insurance industry in educational training and organizational changes?The Case Study of The organization and training department in Cathaylife Insurance Company

[[abstract]]This research will discuss the model of the organization and training department in Cathaylife Insurance Company as well as its effect on the company?s operation. Moreover, its effect on Taiwan?s market share and the growing profit will also be discussed. Cathaylife Insurance Company was established in 1962. Through applied the differentiating organizational model and marketing strategy, Cathaylife becoming the largest insurance company in Taiwan within forty years. However, when the government allows foreign insurance company entered Taiwan and creating an enormous shock twenty years ago, Cathaylife changed its organization in order to overcome the obstacle.This research will adopt the qualitative research method, and targeting at the staff in previous organization and training department as the interviewee, and through combine and compare their personal point of view to understand more of the changes of the organization of Cathaylife, moreover, the sales manager will also be interviewed in order to double check and testify the truth. After interviewing and analyzing the interviewee, five aspects has been located on Cathaylife?s organization and training department?s function. They are professional, industrial environment, the ability of managing and organizing, educational training, and mentality. These five aspects have made cathaylife leading position in Taiwan?s insurance industry
