[[abstract]]This research will discuss the model of the organization and training department in Cathaylife Insurance Company as well as its effect on the company?s operation. Moreover, its effect on Taiwan?s market share and the growing profit will also be discussed. Cathaylife Insurance Company was established in 1962. Through applied the differentiating organizational model and marketing strategy, Cathaylife becoming the largest insurance company in Taiwan within forty years.
