[[abstract]]This paper will introduce how to establish an intellective road system. And the relation between or among the other devices such as the personal level computer, and higher level device such as the local centers is discussed. Many consideration of cheating prevention is considered. The said transceivers each has two antennas with two different frequencies are placed along the road and linked as a local area net under a PC. Upon such nets, many PCs connect to the hierarchical higher center called local center. And many local centers are controlled under the top center. Thus they form a hierarchical system.
