[[abstract]]Patients in rehabilitation ward have increased as a result of the significant improvements in the survival rate of many serious diseases. In Taiwan, very little is understood about patients’ needs in rehabilitation ward. Therefore, it is important to understand those patients’ needs in this clinical setting if healthcare team desire to promote holistic care in this clinical setting. The aim of this study was to understand patients’ needs in rehabilitation ward. A survey was carried out in a university affiliated to a medical center in the center of Taiwan.
