Hotel Service Management System For VIP By Using RFID

[[abstract]]RFID has done many applications in numerous areas such as for supply chain management, hospital, tool collection, vehicle parking access control, retail stock management, tracking books in library, etc. In this research we tried to implementing the RFID technology in hotel. Hotel Management System is developed with RFID to improve the management and service system of the hotel. As we know that RFID can do tracking and monitoring control for people, animals, goods and products. In this research, the system has a function to track and monitor the guest inside the hotel area. The hotel manager can easily use this system for check the customer personal data, check every transaction of each customer, might able to know the current location of each guest in real-time, check the in-time and out-time of customer in each location, count the total time means that how much time they spend in the location. Now and in the future, the smarter hotel will use RFID system because it offers a change to differentiate and its significantly improve business fundamentals, reducing cost, maximizing revenue to create a smarter guest experiences, smart operations and smart services. Therefore the ideas of this research are: RFID can make more fficient, effective, and enjoyable operation, increasing revenue, creating efficiencies, and guest loyalty. The keys to realizing the promise of RFID are also clear: the adoption of up-to-date interpretative technology and open architecture software, a ommitment to responsible development and implementation by all parties, and the imagination of hospitality organizations and solutions providers to creatively harness RFID
