Electrification of the National Economy and Increase in the Productivity of Social Labor

The Soviet Union's entry into the period of all-out upbuilding of a communist society presupposes a further upsurge in the productivity of social labor which is, in accordance with Lenin's famous expression, the most important and fundamental factor for the victory of a new socialist system.
