The Relationship Between the Rates of Development of Industry and Agriculture in the USSR

>p>Our country is entering the period of all-out upbuilding of communist society in the bloom of its creative powers. During this period the Soviet Union will have a long road to go, will create the foundation for communism in material technology, and will carry out its major economic task. A significant and decisive portion of this road will be traveled as the result of realization of the seven-year plan for the development of the national economy of the USSR in 1959-1965.>/p>>p>A most important problem of the present seven-year plan is guaranteeing high rates and necessary proportions in the development of the country's national economy.>/p>
