A serious review of presbyters re-ordination by bishops: in a letter written unto a minister in Warwickshire, resolving this case of conscience, whether a minister ordained by presbyters, may with a good conscience be reordained by a bishop, presbyter, and deacon, so that they will declare their ordination to meerly-accumulative, and the man shall not renounce his ordination by it.
