Declaring their resolutions concerning the bringing of the King from the Isle of Wight, to His palace at Westminster, and their chusing of a new Parliament. And their remonstrance and proposals, touching their endeavouring His Majesties restitution to the exercise of His royall power, throughout His realmes and dominions. With a letter from His Highness the Prince of Wales, to Lieu. Generall Cromwell; and a message to the States of Holland from severall Christian Princes, concerning Prince Charles.
