• Policy: A new health order will close restaurants, lunch rooms, and hotel dining rooms Tuesday night from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.• In fact, there will be no place to go election night in the downtown or outlying district areas; groups, crowds, and gatherings will be dispersed by police and will not be permitted• The mortality rate in Toledo is 3.87 out of 100, the lowest rate in a 16 city report• The following cities report death rates: Cincinnati, 13.83; Dayton, 24.19; Columbus, 11.12; Cleveland, 10.14; Philadelphia, 63.36; and Boston, 54.51• The Friday to Monday health report indicates 68 new influenza cases and 24 deaths• Health authorities believe cold, dry weather will kill the influenza germ and prompt the public to dress more warmly• H...
