Influenza Report Shows Increase In New Cases

• In the 24-hour period ending at 11 pm last night, there were 101 new influenza cases and one new lobar pneumonia case. There were five influenza deaths, one lobar pneumonia death, and one bronchial pneumonia death. • In the preceding day’s report, there were 79 new cases of influenza, 3 bronchial pneumonia cases, and two la grippe cases.
