Proceedings of the ... annual conference ...

No meetings were held in 1878, 1880 and 1884. In 1888 an unofficial conference in the Catskills took the place of the postponed St. Louis conference. In the serial numbering of the Proceedings the Catskills conference of 1888 was not recognized until 1892, the conferences of 1889-91, being numbered 10, 11, and 12 respectively. The correct numbering was resumed with the 14th conference, 1892, by skipping no. 13 entirely.Mode of access: Internet.Of the 15th meeting, Chicago 1893, only the proceedings were printed, with references to pages in the Library journal where abstracts of the papers may be found.
