Continuous numbering is used for the volumes of the two publications "Notes on the American decisions" and "Notes on the American reports." There are 20 vols. in all. Vols. 1-12 have title: Notes on the American decisions; v. 13 has title: Notes on the American decisions and American reports; v. 14-20: Notes on the American reports.
