The key theoretical models are analyzed, identifying the main prerequisites, regularities and processes, in view of designing and functioning of highly-efficient Self-managed work teams (SMWT). On this basis a new integrated model for the perfect SMWT is elaborated. The team effectiveness factors are precisely outlined and the factors with an impact on the immediate results are analyzed. The multifaceted interconnections in the model are studied profoundly not only at the starting point, but also in the course of interaction, as well as the ways of striking a balance and the good teamwork of the staff.
