Using GeoGebra in Secondary Mathematics

Presented at the Interface Professional Development Event on February 23, 2009 in Osage Beach, Missouri.In this workshop, we will explore what GeoGebra can do as an example of dynamic geometry software. GeoGebra has two very important advantages over other similar programs: it is free, and it can save documents as HTML pages without much effort from the user. GeoGebra enables teachers to create accurate diagrams and illustrations, create interactive demonstrations, create construction files for students to use, create dynamic worksheets (as web pages).
