Abstract only availableFaculty Mentor: J. Erik Loehr, Geotechnical EngineeringPhotogrammetry is a method of monitoring an area or object using a remote camera system and computer software. Photogrammetry lets the user monitor movements in the test area or object. This is done by computer software that lets the user create a three-dimensional model of the test subject from at least two simultaneous photographs of it. In this project, the viability of implementing a photogrammetry system to monitor deformations of laboratory-scale physical models of landslides was analyzed. The system will be used to monitor surficial movements in space and time throughout the duration of experiments. The project also attempted to select the best photogrammet...
