Thermal Microstructural And Spectroscopic Properties Of The Thulium Doped Fluorotellurite Optical Glasses

Bu nedenle, telürit camlarının spektroskopik özellikleri deneysel araştırmacıların başlıca araştırma konusu haline gelmiştir. Telürit camlarının en önemli özellikleri olarak, geniş iletim bölgesine (0.35- 5 µm), en yaygın oksitli camlar arasında en düşük fonon enerjisine, yüksek kırılma indisine, düşük erime sıcaklığına, yüksek dielektrik sabitine sahip olmasıdır. Ayrıca, yakın morötesinden orta kızılaltı bölgeye kadar, geniş bir geçirgenlik bölgesine sahiptir. Bu çalışmada, %0.2, 0.5 ve 1.0 mol Tm3+ katkılı (1-x)TeO2-(x)PbF2 cam malzemelerin termal, mikroyapısal özellikleri ve kendiliğinden ışıma geçişleri üzerinde kompozisyonun etkisi, diferansiyal termal analiz (DTA), optik mikroskop (OM), taramalı elektron mikroskopu (SEM), x-ışınları kırınımı (XRD) ve soğurma spektrumları (UV-VIS-NIR), floresans yaşam süreleri teknikleri kullanılarak araştırıldı.Tellurite-based glass materials are important photonic materials because they can be built as the solid-state lasers, the fiber optics amplifiers and the non-linear optical devices. Therefore the spectroscopic properties of the tellurite glasses are one of the main research of an experimental scientist. Tellurite glasses show most important properties such as, large transparency (0.35-5 m) according to the slicate glasses (0.2-3 m), low phonon energy in the common oxide glasses, high refractive index, low melting temperature and high dielectic constant. Furthermore, they present large transparency from the near ultraviolet to the middle infrared region. In this study, effect of composition on the thermal, microstructural properties and spontaneous emission probabilities of various 0.2, 0.5 and 1.0 mol% Tm3+ containing (1-x)TeO2-(x)PbF2 glasses were investigated using differential thermal analysis (DTA), optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), x-ray diffraction (XRD), ultraviolet-visible-near infrared (UV-VIS-NIR) and fluorescence lifetimes techniques.DoktoraPh
