The availability of accessible, effective, and timely emergency contraception (EC) technologies is an important issue in women’s reproductive health. In Canada, three methods of EC are currently available: the levonorgestrel pill (LNg-EC), the Copper-T intrauterine device (IUD), and ulipristal acetate (UPA). This study explores the EC knowledge, attitudes, and practices of Ontario pharmacists through a mixed-methods study.
